Price

As shown on the booking page at the time of reservation (varies by season, number of guests, etc.). All prices include Japanese consumption tax.

Payment timing

When you place your booking we only register your credit card (with cardholder authentication); nothing is charged at that point. The full stay amount is charged automatically to the registered card 14 days before the check-in date (00:00 Japan time). If 14 days or fewer remain until check-in when you book, the amount is charged as soon as the booking is confirmed.

Service period

Available on the reserved dates of stay once your booking is confirmed.

Cancellation

Cancellations made from 14 days before the stay incur 50% of the accommodation fee, from 7 days before 100%, and same-day or no-show cancellations 100%. New bookings are not accepted after midnight (0:00) 3 days before the stay.

Returns and cooling-off

Due to the nature of accommodation services, refunds are not available after the stay. As this is a mail-order transaction under Japanese law, the cooling-off system does not apply. Cancellations are handled under the policy above.

Special conditions

The villa is rented in its entirety. Up to 9 guests may stay, and the lead guest must be 18 years of age or older.
