Pricing
Nagine is priced for exclusive use of the whole villa. The rate varies with the number of guests and the dates (up to 9 guests, 6 recommended).
- Up to two children aged 5 or under stay free and are not counted toward the capacity when sharing existing bedding. Even for children aged 5 or under, a child who needs a separate regular bed (not a baby cot) is counted toward the capacity.
Special discounts
Bookings that meet the conditions below receive a discount automatically. The rates shown already include it.

If more than one condition is met, only the largest discount applies. The number of days is counted to the check-in date in Japan time.
For bookings with Early 60 or Early 90, a cancellation fee applies from the moment the booking is confirmed. Please read the cancellation policy before booking. The 3-night discount follows the standard policy.

Cancellation policy
Standard bookings and the 3-night discount
- From 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount paid
- From 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount paid
- Same-day cancellation / no-show: 100% of the total amount paid
Bookings with Early 60
- From confirmation until 31 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount paid
- From 30 days before arrival (including same day and no-show): 100% of the total amount paid
Bookings with Early 90
- From confirmation until 61 days before arrival: 20% of the total amount paid
- From 60 to 31 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount paid
- From 30 days before arrival (including same day and no-show): 100% of the total amount paid
* The Early 60 and Early 90 terms apply to new bookings made on or after the revision date, 2026/09/25. Bookings made on or before 2026/09/24 are subject to the standard terms (14 / 7 days before).
New bookings close at 0:00, 3 days before the arrival date.
