Pricing
Nagine is priced for exclusive use of the whole villa. The rate varies with the number of guests and the dates (up to 9 guests, 6 recommended).
- Miyakojima City will introduce an accommodation tax for stays from 1 February 2027. Stays before that date are not subject to it. We will publish the amount and how it is collected on this page once confirmed.
- Up to two children aged 5 or under stay free and are not counted toward the capacity when sharing existing bedding. Regardless of age, a child who requires their own bedding is counted toward the capacity.
Special discounts
Bookings that meet the conditions below receive a discount automatically. The rates shown already include it.

If more than one condition is met, only the largest discount applies. The number of days is counted to the check-in date in Japan time.

Check-in 4:00–10:00 pm / Check-out 12:00 noon

- BBQ grill (Weber electric grill)
- ¥5,000. A private BBQ at the outdoor table on the terrace. Please bring your own ingredients.
- Late check-out
- ¥5,000 per hour (on request; subject to the day's cleaning schedule).
Cancellation policy
- From 14 days before arrival: 50% of the room rate
- From 7 days before arrival: 100% of the room rate
- Same-day cancellation / no-show: 100% of the room rate
New bookings close at 0:00, 3 days before the arrival date.
